I've been using it every day for the past 7 days.

At first, pulling the bands from behind felt uncomfortable, but after a few times, you find a comfortable way to maneuver the bands. I have my chair constantly in plain view and I take the time to do at least 10 min workout everyday. Once I get started, it doesn't feel like a chore. This chair gym makes exercising so easy so much fun that I don't want to stop once I get started. What I mean by 'easy' is that it doesn't feel like a chore as when you do freelance exercises, you usually have to break and move onto the next exercise etc. Whereas with this chair, the bands are ready for whichever exercise you want to do. When switching from upper to lower workout, takes maybe 10 seconds to move the handles from top to clip to the bottom of the pulley and you're all set to go.

There are so many diversified exercises that can be done on this chair, that I can't see how I can get bored with it like other equipment I've purchased and are now collecting dust. As I exercise, everything flows from one exercise to the next. I'm very happy with this purchase! If you are sendentary, as I have been lately, you definitely need to get this! Did I mention I use it more than once per day?

It has increased my energy level. I must admit that I had my reservations when I ordered the Gym Chair. I am 5'9, 155 lbs, I jog 5K 3 times a week and lift weights twice a week. So I felt that the work out might be too easy. The first day I did the 15 minute work out and I still felt unsure. Two days later I decided to try the 45 minute complete workout and was very happy afterwards.

The double resistance was great for the legs and the black resistance was more than enough for the arms. For people who are fit I would still advise them to get their 'main course' in the form of jogging and real weights, but the chair is definitely a good 'side dish'. Pros: Order came quick. Easy to assemble, about 10 - 15 minutes.

Simple to use and has an extensive set of exercises you can do. Sets up easily and can be put away easily. Even the kids like it. Doesn't take up that much room while in use or in storage. Cons: Nothing really yet.

Sort of wondering how long tension bans will last. Look like they will fray too easily. Other than that, just getting it out to use it.
