Found the roof vent cover was all the way down blocking the exhaust too much. But you removed the exhaust, so that rules that out? I would monitor all the pressure switches to see which one is really tripping just to make double sure.
I would also make sure the furnace burner cover is in place as excessive leakage before the switch will cause the same issue.
